FILETHEBOIR.COM ("FILETHEBOIR") provides this website (www.filetheboir.com) (the "Site") to you, the user of the Site ("you" or "your"), for your informational, non-commercial use, and subject to the following General Terms of Use (these "Terms"). For the purpose of these Terms, references to "we," "us," and "our" include FILETHEBOIR.COM and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns. Using the Site to evaluate whether to enter into a business relationship with us will not constitute a commercial use for the purposes hereof.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the Site and the rules and regulations governing its use at any time, including, without limitation, these Terms. Modifications will be posted on the Site and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this webpage will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Restrictions on Use

You will not use the Site for any use other than the business purpose for which it was intended. You will not engage in any prohibited activities outlined in the terms similar to the restrictions under FILETHEBOIR.COM’s Terms of Use.

Fees and Payments

By using our Service, you agree to pay the $349 fee for each Beneficial Ownership Information Report submitted through the Website. The fee is non-refundable once the submission process has been initiated, regardless of the outcome of the submission.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card or other methods made available on the Website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
• No Refunds: All payments for submissions made through FILETHEBOIR.COM are final and non-refundable.
• Filing Fee Forfeiture: Failure to submit required and/or requested information to complete your filing within 10 days of payment will result in forfeiture of the fee. Duplicate filings will also result in forfeiture of the filing fee.
• Late Filing Fee: An additional fee of $149 will be charged to any filing submitted after December 23rd, 2024. This deadline ensures our filing team has enough time to complete your filing before the federal deadline.
• CTA Compliance Disclaimer: FILETHEBOIR acts solely as an independent third-party facilitator for the preparation and filing of Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reports with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Our fees reflect the effort to prepare and submit filings based on compliance requirements at the time of submission. We are not responsible for changes, amendments, suspensions, or repeals of laws or regulations, including those affecting the CTA.

Privacy Policy

You may view a copy of our Privacy Policy at https://www.filetheboir.com/privacy_policy, which explains our practices relating to the collection and use of your information through or in connection with our Site. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Registration, Access & Security

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information if you use any of our services or provide any information through the Site. You are solely responsible for keeping your Account Data and any security information confidential.

No Warranties

The Site, the services, and all materials on the Site are provided to you on an "as-is," "as-available" basis. FILETHEBOIR.COM expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
